- Knowledge of full set of account, knowledge of GL,AP,AR
- Handle full spectrum of financial and management accounting including financial and management reporting, costing, auditing & taxation.
- Lead the Accounting team and ensure timely & accurate monthly financial closing, reporting and consolidation of management reporting.Manage inventories, purchases and stock level.
- Manage external audit and filing of taxation
- Perform financial performance analysis and provide relevant & meaningful financial information for decision making.
- Interpret financial and non-financial information
- Planning, directing and coordinating annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Recommend and install financial policies, practices and procedures within the company in support of the business plan and attain good corporate governance.
- Manage variance analysis, product costing and profitability analysis.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenue, financial commitments and obligations so as to project future revenues and expenses.Ensure compliance with company policies; maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with good governance, practice and standards
- Proficient in payroll system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant hands-on experienceConversant in Accounting Standards & Practices, local laws and legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Able to analyze business processes holistically and assess impact on change to processes
- Able to work independently, work under pressure, resourceful, responsible and meticulous with an eye for details
- Self motivated and is a good team player
- Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills
